Consider giving out a coupon for a free handprint tile at a baby fair or a maternity place...once they do a tile, they want to do more items and it costs little in advertising.
Consider putting coupons in a newsletter you send out bringing people in...
for example, a coupon that gives the bearer a free.........(whatever) if they
bring in someone who hasn't been in before, or who isn't yet on your mailing
list.
Or if someone books a party for 12 or more adults they paint their item (with
a price limit) free.
Give out cards to children at birthday parties that gives them a discount if
they return.
Give gift certificates to a radio station for them to give out for prizes on the air
