What Makes Them Totally Round ?
It's the Marble Casting System..

We have designed it for perfect results.  Your customers will be impressed.

These are not to be confused with gazing balls... which have a pour hole opening. And if you fill that in you have a flat.

So much fun... you will never run out of painting ideas.  Your customers will not get tired of collecting your designs.

Ready To See How Easy The Marble System Is For Real Production...
1. You Cast the simple mold as normal.. which has 2 same size marbles in a mold.
Batt.jpg (43125 bytes) 2.  You receive a Fill Batt as part of the system.
After removing the marbles from the mold place 1 tablespoon measure of slip into the curved batt.
3. Then set the marble, pour hole down into the rounded batt.  Allow to remain until the marble pulls away easily.
While marbles are filling in.. you can re-cast your marble mold.

4.  Remove the Marbles from batt and trim the seam created from the fill.
Place a tiny hole in the marble with a needle tool. You only need enough of a hole for air.
A wooden Skewer can also be used..
You will receive 6 of the marble supports.
You will find them indispensable for drying the marbles to keep them in shape.
DECORATING...
The plaster supports can then go directly to the decorating table.
With the marble seated in the support, you can band them on a wheel.
For glaze decoration you can do half and allow to dry in the support.

These fellows are round and do they roll. So supports are a good thing.

Note: for those who sell Greenware or bisque may consider have a few additional supports for customers who will find them invaluable while decorating.
